Founded in 2010 by Görkem Gökçe and expanded by the YazıcıLegal merger in 2020.
We were built to give clients the responsiveness of a boutique with the rigour of an international firm. We are deliberately small. Every matter is staffed by a partner who reads the file.
We do not write memos for the file. We write to be read by people making decisions — founders, in-house counsel, finance teams. We pick up the phone.

Merger with YazıcıLegal broadens the firm’s corporate, banking and finance practice.

Formation of the Advisory Board, bringing together senior figures from legal, finance, technology and industry to support the firm’s strategic development.
